About Me
I am so happy you took the time to stop by here and visit my blog. I think it would only be fair, since you took the time to stop by that I take the time to introduce myself. I am blessed to be married to my best friend, and I am honored to share parenting with him, of our three remixes. I currently work as a Program Director for a faith based organizations' after school care program. In addition, I have a small business where I assist NPO's and FBO's, in branding, marketing, organization, and administrative strategy. When I am not loving on the fam, writing blog entries, working in youth development, or assisting in the ministry, I can be found doing a simple mix of things. Either I am reading, watch reality tv ( I know, I know) or listening to good music. I'm a sucker for a good a romantic comedy, and the beauty of tulips.
I decided to write this blog to help share my journey, from my perspective, as I learn and work behinds the scene in ministry. My husband was recently called into the ministry, and I quickly learned that there is a lot more to it than meets the eye. This space, this blog, is a place where I can document my experiences and lessons as I learn them. I wanted a space where I could document, how I became a first lady, but also as I grow in Christ and become His first lady.
I hope through this space, the Gospel is ministered, and transparency, authenticity, and love are the culture. I hope to make connections that not only strengthen the Kingdom but those of us that dwell within it.
This is not a place of judgement, condemnation, or persecution. This is a place for truth, love, and growth.
I hope you like it.......
